5.4/10

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location across from the Roman theater was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating, the quality of the accommodations left much to be desired. The lack of basic facilities like a properly functioning shower and reliable electricity made the experience less enjoyable. I would not recommend this place unless you're prepared for some discomfort.

Rooms
5.0
The room itself was small and had no windows, which made it feel a bit cramped. The shared bathroom was clean, but the overall setup was not ideal for privacy.
Service
6.0
The service was attentive, especially the manager who tried to help with arrangements and suggestions. However, their policies regarding baggage storage were very disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located just across the Roman theater, which is ideal for sightseeing and experiencing the local culture.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was served in a crowded café setting, and while it was decent, the limited seating became a hassle when I was in a hurry.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were quite basic, with frequent electricity outages and an awkward shower setup. Not what I expected from a boutique hotel.

8.0/10

I had a solid experience at this boutique hotel, which is wonderfully placed right across from the Roman Theatre. The room I stayed in was comfortable but on the smaller side. The staff was extremely accommodating and eager to help with any requests. On the downside, the noise from the bustling street and the number of stairs to reach the hotel was a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage. Overall, it offers good value for a short stay right in the heart of the action.

Rooms
7.0
My room was cozy with a great view of the theatre, but it was smaller than I expected, and the lack of windows limiting the natural light was a bit tricky.

The facilities were quite basic but functional, though I would have appreciated some additional amenities.

5.0/10

This hotel has a prime location right across from the Roman theater, but it falls short in many other areas. The rooms are poorly designed and not very comfortable, with issues like lack of hot water and noise. Service was a real letdown, with staff who seemed more interested in upselling than in helping us. While the breakfast was decent, the facilities and overall experience left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and felt more like a jail cell, with a problematic layout and issues like no windows. It was far from the comfort we expected.
Service
5.0
Service was unprofessional and frustrating, with staff blaming us for their mistakes and trying to upsell services.
Location

The hotel is in a great location, just across from the Roman theater and near the Citadel, which made it easy to explore.
Dining

Breakfast was decent, but getting a seat was a hassle as there were not enough tables for the number of guests.

The hotel has an excellent location right across from the Roman Theater, making exploring the area easy. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. However, the rooms are quite basic, and the glass cube bathroom setup is unusual and not very private. While the breakfast is delightful, there were issues with the booking process, which left us frustrated.

5.0/10

I had a rather disappointing experience at this so-called boutique hotel. While the location is unbeatable, just across from the Roman theater, the rooms were subpar and the service left much to be desired. The breakfast was decent, but the cramped dining space made it inconvenient. Overall, it felt like a money grab rather than a comforting stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was cramped and felt like a jail cell with two separate beds instead of the double I booked. It was particularly cold and uncomfortable due to a lack of heating, and the bathroom situation was less than ideal.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed more focused on upselling tours rather than providing a warm welcome. I felt rushed and unappreciated, and the lack of attention to my room issues was frustrating.
Location
10.0
The location is the sole highlight of this hotel, as it’s right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast had its moments with decent options, but the limited seating made it stressful trying to get a table when the hotel was full.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities are minimal, with no heating, inadequate lighting, and some rooms lacking essential features like external windows.
